This central Dublin hotel is situated on Harcourt St. off the south west corner of St. Stephen’s Green in Dublin City Centre. All major attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel is located on the Green LUAS Line (tram system) which is a convenient way to travel to Grafton Street, Ireland’s most exclusive shopping district as well as the popular Temple Bar area.

The Hotel currently incorporates eight Georgian listed buildings, one of which was a former home to George Bernard Shaw. Our Hotel facilities include over 100 bedrooms, ‘1900’ restaurant, ‘DTwo’ bar and nightclub and an all weather heated beer garden. ‘DTwo’ is one of Harcourt Street’s most popular nightclubs with a variety of music from old school classics to the newest chart hits. Our award winning, fully heated Beer Garden is the perfect location to enjoy any sporting event thanks to our monster 20ft screen, as well as over 20 screens throughout the venue.

The hotel is located in a lively city-centre location and operates a nightclub (on most nights of the week). The property also hosts on-site functions. Due to this the rooms can be affected by noise, please consider this before booking.

There is no parking on site but there is parking available locally at The Royal College of Surgeon’s car park (Q park). They offer an overnight rate of €10.00 from 5.00 pm to 10.00 am, €3.80 per hour thereafter up to a maximum of €20.00 per day. To avail of this offer your parking ticket must be validated at reception. Nearby Street parking is available. It is free from 7.00 pm to 7.00 am, as well as all day Sundays and Irish Bank Holiday Mondays.

All of the rooms are ensuite with multi channel TV, direct dial telephone, tea / coffee making facilities and hair dryers. In addition are equipped with either an iron and ironing board or a garment press.

The bedrooms are distributed evenly between 2 blocks: the main and what we refer to as our new wing (one door away)

All rooms are non-smoking.

Our rooms type combination is one of the most flexible in the city. Apart from the traditional twin / doubles we have numerous triple and quad room together with family rooms that can sleep up to 5 persons.

The main restaurant is ‘1900’. You can access the full menu and price list on 1900 is open from 12 noon to 11pm 6 days a week. It specialises in European Modern cuisine and focuses on Irish produce.

It is the hotels policy to request payment on arrival, except in the case of a prepaid option.

Because of the city centre location and the fact that the hotel operate a nightclub ( Thursday / Friday & Saturday typically) and a beer garden, some rooms can suffer from noise. This is particularly, but not exclusively related to weekends. All rooms have ear plugs supplied.

The 1900 Restaurant opens from 12:00 to 23:30. D-two bar is open until late most nights of the week. Barneys Bar is open until 04:00 on Friday and Saturday nights.

There is no parking on site but there is parking available locally at St Stephen’s Green (Q-Park) for a surcharge.
